The location was best possible and comfy and the free parking was onsite. The room was beautifully decorated and neat, it was just what we needed. Excellent service, although a few employees were unprofessional.

The complementary breakfast and evening snacks were delicious, and the views from the window were breathtaking. The hotel was situated in a prime location and was easily accessible to the tourist spots and shopping areas. What I loved the most was the cozy bed and the soft pillows which gave me a comfortable sleep.

The staff was not very attentive and seemed uninterested in making our stay comfortable. The room was not cleaned regularly, and the towels were not changed even once during our stay.

The hotel had some issues with power cuts. When we reported the issue to the reception, they simply requested us to wait for the power to come back on, which was quite inconvenient.
